Arrival and departure:

Our reception is open from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Your reserved rooms will be ready for occupancy from 2:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive after 6:00 p.m., please notify us by telephone.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 2 days prior to arrival.
For cancellations made less than 2 days prior to arrival, as well as for no-shows, 80% of the total price of the booking will be charged.
We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Payment:

You can pay your hotel bill in cash, by EC or credit card.

Tourist tax:

The cure contribution of the municipality Schwangau is included in the prices.

Parking:

Free parking is available directly at the hotel. There are also two charging stations for electric cars.

Pets:

Pets are not allowed in our guest rooms.

Bicycle:

Our hotel has a bicycle cellar, which can be used free of charge. There are also sockets for e-bikes.
Don't have your own bike with you? You can easily rent a bike from our partner Bike Füssen - just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, directly at the Schlossbrauhaus.

Our house is a non-smoking hotel.
Over New Year's Eve the minimum stay is 6 nights.
The rooms are located on the first, second or third floor.
There is an elevator in the main stairwell.

• We use a combined heat and power unit to generate electricity and hot water
• We prefer suppliers from the region
